How much is delivery?
  • Free Shipping on orders over £50
  • Under £50 - Shipping 2-5 working days - £2.00
  • Under £50 - Express tracked shipping 1-3 working days - £3.95
  • Over £50 - Express tracked shipping 1-3 days -  5.95

All items come wrapped beautifully in tissue. If a box is included, this is noted in the item description. 

How long will my order take?

Orders placed Monday - Friday will be posted within 2 working days. If received before 1pm, most items will leave that day. If you need something in a rush, please contact me and I will do all I can to accommodate your needs. Orders received between Saturday - Sunday or Bank holiday will be posted on the next working day.

Please report missing or undelivered items within 14 days of order.

Do you ship Worldwide?

I deliver to Europe.

How do I know when my item's been dispatched?

When we dispatch your email a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email, this will quote what item(s) have been shipped and a tracking number if applicable.

What if my piece is damaged?

If your item has been delivered faulty or damaged, please contact Misgracefuljewels@gmail.com within 7 days of ordering and I will send you a replacement free of charge or refund you.

What if  I decide I don't like the jewellery I ordered?

If you are not happy with a product, simply contact Misgracefuljewels@gmail.com and return the item to me within 14 days of order for a full refund or exchange. Please note delivery charges are non refundable, and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. New items will be sent free of charge.​ Please ensure you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Are there any items I can't return?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, for hygiene reasons.

Where is my jewellery from?

I hand pick my items from all over the world bringing you the best offerings from all corners of the globe. Mixing influences from the Mediterranean with India, Thailand, China or Turkey to create my own style.

Is it ethically sourced?

I've spent years building a network of trusted suppliers who all produce ethically made products. Scarves are all UK sourced to meet UK fabric testing standards. 

What is the jewellery made of?

The majority of the  jewellery is made from stainless steel or sterling silver with 18K gold plate. The stainless steel pieces go through a Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) coating process which is a new modern way of plating which means the gold doesnt fade or tarnish. It is 10 times thicker than standard gold plating so is incredibly durable!

Stainless Steel has many benefits, it is a very hard metal, it is waterproof, sweat proof, tarnish resistant AND hypoallergenic! You can leave your items on all the time without worrying about tarnishing or green necks!

How do I keep my jewellery looking its best?

All of my items are extremely hard wearing and durable BUT like with everything in life, the kinder you are to it, the longer it will last.  Store your jewels in a cloth pouch or box away from other items so that they arent rubbing against each other.  Remove items when swimming, showering, exercising and dont spray perfume onto the item directly.  This will ensure that you can wear your items for YEARS to come.

Can I wash my scarf?

YES! All scarves come with washing instructions stitched on the side. Please follow these carefully.
