My Story
I curate and design the MisGraceful collection from my studio in Shropshire. A collection that is waterproof, sweat proof, perfume proof, lotion proof. It is hypoallergenic and wont tarnish or turn your skin green. The entire range works beautifully together without being 'matchy-matchy'. I encourage my ladies to be brave and eclectic and wear what you love and what makes you feel good.

Ibiza 2019
Lay on my favourite beach, in my favourite place, Ibiza. I watched as the gorgeous Spanish ladies swam and sun bathed whilst wearing the most beautiful Gold jewellery and envied their effortless elegance on the beach. I had been running MisGraceful since 2016, as a 'pop up shop' and hosting Jewellery parties in ladies houses or places of work. I was buying from some wonderful UK suppliers but was frustrated by how quickly the items would tarnish and as I sat on that beach with a thick green band around my wrist from my bangle, I decided that I needed to discover their secret!
Why did their jewellery not tarnish?
Why were there no green necks!?
Is it real gold?
On this trip in 2019, MisGraceful evolved, my focus shifted. I wanted to create a range of gold jewellery that could be worn all of the time but that didn't break the bank. I wanted my ladies to be able to build a MisGraceful collection that they could mix and match, to be as minimal or maximal as they wish, to create their own unique look.
I spent hours wandering the Ibizan Markets and Jewellers, chatting and learning. It's where my journey of discovery into the wonderful world of jewellery design and making began. This is where I first learnt of the wonderful qualities of Stainless Steel with 18k Gold plating and the PVD technology that has been used for decades on the stainless steel watch straps of premium brands.
It was tricky at first, suppliers wanted big upfront orders and high volumes and factories weren't taking me very seriously but with a few favours from people I'd worked with in my previous role within the Card and Gift market and some priceless introductions, the dream started to become a reality.
Slowly at first, I introduced a few pieces into the range to sit with my existing brands and sold them at my Pop Ups, i realised very quickly that I wasn't the only one who craved this type of jewellery. When Covid hit shortly after, this gave me the much needed time to focus on a website and to create a range of jewellery for ladies like me who literally LIVE in their jewellery.
